We have put steps in place to ensure Grocery 2 go is a safe experience for all parties involved. Please be aware of these guidelines ahead of placing an order for collection.

Instructions for pick-up


Please make sure your boot is empty or has enough space for the food boxes. We cannot place these in the back seat as this risks contact with driver/passengers.

When you arrive


Please follow the Shell Grocery 2 go signs marking the pick up point.

Stay in your vehicle


Staff will confirm your food box order via your vehicle registration 
(Number Plate)". Please do not open your car window.

Unlock your boot 


When you have stopped and it is safe to do so, please ensure your car boot is unlocked so we can access your boot to load the food boxes inside.**

Once we have loaded the food boxes please wait for our signal that it is safe to drive off.
